Directions to our boat in NORTH Belmont harbor

We are located on F-dock, slip F-12, in the **NORTH** end of Belmont harbor. DO NOT enter from Belmont Ave. Entering the harbor from anywhere other than Irving Park Rd or Recreation Drive will leave you to the south end of the harbor, which is about a ¾ mile walk to our boat!!! Warning: The pay parking lot can fill up quickly on special event dates, and some weekends.

Parking Booth: The parking booth usually operates Friday through Sunday. It is $10 cash only.

CABS: Cabs are allowed to pass through the parking booth for free and can bring you directly to the gate. DO NOT allow them to drop you anywhere else but right outside thegate, as they will try to drop you at the south harbor (30 minute walk to our gate) because it is easier for them. They will repeatedly tell you they know what they are doing, but that will make you 30 minutes late for your sail.

Parking: You will be able to park in any of the public parking spots (shown in gray), which are past the pay booth on the map. The inner lot is for boater pass holders only and is gated.

From the North:Take I-94 or Lake Shore Dr to Irving Park Rd eastbound. Go under Lakeshore Drive (and follow Recreation Drive down to the parking booth. Proceed past the booth about ¼ mile and park as near as you can to the dock.

From the West:Take Irving Park Rd eastbound. Go under Lakeshore Drive (and follow Recreation Drive down to the parking booth. Proceed past the booth about ¼ mile and park as near as you can to the dock.

From the South or Downtown:Take Lakeshore Drive northbound to the Recreation Dr exit. Turn right at the 3-way stop and head toward the parking booth. Proceed past the booth about ¼ mile and park as near as you can to the dock.

Walking:You can cross Lake Shore Dr at Roscoe or Waveland via the underpasses and then walk down to the end of the parking (as that is closest to F-dock).
